• Day 1 - Arriving at Colombo International Airport, transfer to Negombo, a beach town renowned for its sea food. Check into the 5* Jetwing Blue Negombo. Unwind before enjoying a seafood dinner at the beachside restaurant.
• Day 2 - Early morning departure with a visit to Negombo Fish Market, one of the largest in the country. Learn about traditional fish drying and morning auctions. Take breakfast in a local eatery tasting locally delicacies such as Lunu Miris with hoppers and fresh coconut sambol.  Depart onwards to Kandy, stopping en route at a spice garden in Mawanella. Learn about cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and cardamom. Participate in a live spice-based cooking demonstration and lunch. Check in to the Amaya Hills Kandy.
